By using cloneside you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask and we'll explain.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to connect any database you point cloneside at, and to generate clones from it. You're responsible for keeping connection credentials and generated clones secure once they leave our service.
Acceptable use
cloneside is for making data safe to share — not for re-identifying individuals or circumventing the protections it produces. Don't use it to attempt to reverse a clone back to real records.
Service & availability
The product is in early access and changes often. We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" during this phase, without an uptime guarantee.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, cloneside is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Always validate a clone meets your compliance needs before sharing it.
